At LinksLiving we understand that in order to create special ‘places’ for the long term we first have to listen to the diverse needs and aspirations of existing local residents. We understand that the sense of community extends beyond the boundaries of our own projects to the wider population. Only after extensive consultation and environmental studies and assessments can we succeed in creating a master plan that not only delivers new facilities but also carefully integrates and balances these in a way that will foster a vibrant community. For instance the centralised clubhouses are akin to the ‘village square’ – residents enjoy meeting there to share a meal, a drink, or just to socialise with neighbours and friends.
We then blend a wide range of social, recreational, well-being and entertainment facilities into a safe and relaxing environment. As a result, many new clubs and associations are available to new residents and the wider community to enable new friendships to be formed.
By focusing on residents' needs we ensure the creation of a friendly and safe community within our projects as well as ensuring we enhance the lifestyle of the wider community in a truly integrated fashion.
At LinksLiving projects, community is not just a buzzword;
it’s a way of life.
